1. How long does a quote take?
We normally say offer a quote within 24 hours. 
But for some cases with lots accessories, they may take longer.
Detailed specifications from our client will help us to provide an earlier feedback.
If any urgent quotation is required, just let us know. We will expedite the process to quote as soon as possible.
2. Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes. We serve small business, but due to our cost per batch, our appreciate min quantity is like below:
Hardback Books: 500~1000 copies (depends on page no.)
Paperback Books: 1000 copies
Catalogs/Magazine: 1000 copies
Packaging: 1000~3000 pcs (depends on box type)
Calendar: 1000 copies
Ring Binder: 1000 copies
3. How long does it take for production?
Sample Production: 3~10 days (We provides free white mock up and can send through clients’ courier account.).
Mass Production: 4~30 days case by case
4. Artwork Transfer:
We will create a FTP account with your personal ID & password to login for file transfer.
We are also flexible to receive the file through YouSendIt, DropBox or other safe file share software.
5. Delivery & Delivery Insurance:
We can tailor different delivery terms and conditions according to client requirement including without limitation EXW< FOB< CIF< DDU & DDP. 
In rare case where products are damaged during delivery, we guarantee 100% money back because all the products delivered by us will be paid for insurance. 

6. Quality Issuance
We keep close cooperation with game designers of our clients. We listen attentively to our clients quality requirements, communicate with them and keep them posted of progress during the whole production process.  We control product quality strictly and aim to provide 100% defect-free products.
We check quality in each producing steps and conduct final checking before products are delivered to our clients.
We make our best effort and develop our quality control system to avoid human error. According to production track record and feedback from our clients, our defective rate is lower than 1% which means an over 99% qualified production.  For our clients' sake, we usually deliver 102% goods or minimum 10 more sets as back up to clients.
7. Safety Issuance for Consumers
If our client wants to test their products before shipping, we can contact our cooperated testing company such as TUV or SGS to go through the test process.  The test fee is around $500~$4000 case by case.
We guarantee a 100% safety pass of all our products.  If fail to pass the test, we guarantee to repay fully purchase price to our clients listed in the invoice.
8. Confidentiality Policy
We hereby guarantee all our clients that we will not disclose to others or use, whether directly or indirectly, any confidential information for our own benefit or for any purpose except for performance of our services.
